Eligibility
Items may be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in their original packaging and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Non-Returnable Items
Beauty products that have been opened or used, and items marked as final sale, are not eligible for return.
